Shipping information

Our items are genuinely handmade with relatively small quantities. Therefore, not all products are always available for immediate delivery. If there are any deviations from the normal delivery date, you will of course be informed immediately by e-mail.If not all items in an order are available for immediate delivery, we will be happy to deliver the items to you in several partial deliveries. In this case, we will not charge you any additional shipping costs.We only ship insured parcels.

Shipping to a Packstation

Of course, you can also have your shipment delivered to a DHL Packstation. To do this, enter the three-digit number of the desired Packstation and your seven-digit PostNumber in the ‘Street/No.’ field of the shipping address: Packstation 123/1234567.
